The Ontario and Toronto police forces seem pretty unmotivated to actually follow through with clearly incriminating evidence. Had a similar thing happen to someone I know with an assault caught on a grocery store camera, and witnesses pointed the police directly to this persons house, and they dropped the case case "it could have been anyone". Like WOW. Really negligent, lazy, or even malicious.
Im thinking abiut getting a bike, but i have no clue how to drive one, also im having trouble buying a helmet. Theres a debate between wether if your helmet breaks easily is good for your safety, anyone can help me?
