This is a Beautiful Home, the backyard is huge, not like the new homes you see when you walk out to the back and the brick wall is a few steps. You would have to put a 2-ring pool or a slip n slide. Ha, Ha, Ha!!
This is a beautiful home. Regarding the patio door, I would replace it with one like the doors off the kitchen. I don't like the idea of a glass door that can't be covered in some way for both privacy and to keep the sun out on a hot day.
Hey A G had a Sunday binge day with my son watching your home videos . This home is Gorgeous, I hate block tile.Chefs kiss to the landscapers and the pool is a yup yup. Love the bathrooms and kitchen. Peaceful 😊
About 7k single or 10k couples for the year, includes unlimited M-F golfing, range and putting green for SCA Homeowners. Loads of discounts at shop and packages as well. It is a public Golf Course. Thanks for watching
I have to agree with the guy with 600k call…, cheap materials not even real wood floor. I’m willing to rent for a year or two for the market to adjust to fair value…, will pay cash so don’t care about the interest rate.
@@jamesedward9262 A 20 year old house built in 2004 with a two-car garage priced at $378 a foot?! Give me a break! If you would check the pricing history of this house pre-pandemic speculation that drove up all homes at ridiculously priced levels waiting for the bubble to burst, you will find that this house was priced in the $500's at best. I am being generous saying $600k at best! Even with the inflated prices of new construction, you can get a much better value new than what that 20 year old home is priced at.
@@jamesedward9262 Apparently my previous response was deleted because the truth is hard to take. Unfortunately there are enough idiots who would pay for overpriced homes! They will all feel the pain when the bubble bursts soon.

Beautiful pool in the backyard.
This was a good one, thank you!
Beautiful home! It has everything.
It really does. Thanks for watching my video!
Very nice pool with great privacy
Privacy is definitely hit or miss in Las Vegas. It's good to see it when they have it. Thank you

Very true, this is a clever fix for this specific situation. Thank you!
Wow, what a gorgeous home…👍💎❤️🔥🌵
Thank you so much!
Another nice home, thanks.
Thank you Patricia, I appreciate you spending your time watching my channel.
How?
Does the home come with a golf membership? What kind of arrangements have been made with the course for the owners?

Ridiculously overpriced home. At best it should be $600K.
How did you arrive at that price? Did you do a comparative market analysis?
