We need to encourage a culture of being open about money conversations. So many Kenyans keep earnings a secret making it difficult for people to understand the financial situations in various institutions. Talking about specificities of money helps a lot of people make career decisions. We have to open with each other here, most people make career decisions based on the money. We come from poor backgrounds, making career decisions based on passion and whatnot doesnt make any sense to most Kenyans
