Aa jamana sub ne colestrol badi raheu chai ne tu dai ni dushmaan gajher sikhavi rahi chai.
If one raw egg is mixed when kneading the dough the gakhars will turn much softer

Boil,bake and fry6inch diax3/8 this withboiling ghee sprinkled on top
First you have to open the Gakhar then only you fry a bit.
