3 Minute Labial Bow

This video shows how to make a basic labial bow in less than 3 minutes, making the nuance bends after the appliance is finished.

This is a great idea! Because most of the time all the little nuance bends get lost during the manufacturing of the retainer, pumicing and all. You end up having to put thos bends back in at the end anyway! Nice job!

Wow but but for my pre clinical work we use only universal and adams pliers and we have to fabricate a passive appliance with bow touching the labial surfaces on a ideal cast without acrylisation.. can u pls tell me how to correct the plane of these bows..

Speed comes with practice. You will get there. I bent my first labial bow in 1964.
