This is so true. People who don't know her story before Sixteen will never realize how she's always been so beautiful. Those who have seen her in person say the same thing. But bc Koreans have this crazy ideal body type for idols, they overlooked her beauty and started to criticize her body instead. And I will never forgive JYPE for giving her that image during Sixteen. Like she's always been like that when most of her life, she's on a diet. It was just a moment/phase in her life when she got so stressed and demotivated that resulted for her to gain a little weight. Imagine training since you're 8-9 yers old and not being able to debut 2x? JYPE did it for drama. They know she's going to dominate that show with her talents so they had to create something that ppl will criticize her for. Bad thing is, until now antis use that image to attack her.
@@rv2073 Some people are seriously so into this K-pop thing that they are nearly loosing their morals and basic humanity just for the sake of hatred and extra love for their idols. They tend to forget that idols are humans too who can't stand these Type of hate constantly thrown on them. I feel very bad for Jihyo, she gave up her entire life, her childhood, her high school, middle school days just to fulfil her parent's wish. She herself never wanted to be here yet all these toxicity in the industry made her breakdown many a times. They acted every inhuman to her. I hate how antis use those photos of her as a drag. Its pretty clear that her state was like that due to mental anxiety and stress at a very young age but they still go on the hate train forgetting that it wasn't her fault for what happened. She's a human too and humans all have their weak point at some time of life but using it to hurt them more just shows how inhuman you are and how much of an animal you are. I really hope Jihyo never pays attention to this and mostly hope the antis understand how much their actions are harming others. It still breaks my heart every time when Jihyo says that she didn't wanted to be an idol and just wanted to live the life of a normal girl going to school and having fun with friends. She is really a very rare gem who can't be found anywhere else and has not fault or flaws to hate on her. I hope people realize that and so does the industry has to, they shouldn't be playing with young people's feelings just for the sake of money. Its a person's life not a business. Hope the world will go back to the olden times.

The only regret is that she missed out most of her childhood life but she also said that she's happy that she was able to make her dream as her career which is good. And I totally agree, she's a gem. It gives me peace knowing that she wouldn't allow herself to be affected by hate or any negative things easily unlike before. I know that she's a strong woman, she suffered alot compared to her members but that made her stronger.
