    I never considered the U-2 being a tailwheel airplane. Now though I can see it. Interesting video.

    Most pilots in the past would start off on the Stearman, Andrew did it the other way round.

    I believe that’s “Sonar” whom I spent the day with at Beale in the chase car in the group shot. He is the tall balding guy sort of in the middle . Nice guy and was a lot of fun. Interesting interview, thanks ! We will be at Reno this year, my 30th year !

    Most interesting interview James, thanks for posting it. You are on the cover of the Chico paper for the fly in at Oroville, today! Good show! We used to fly into Oroville for breakfast and their fly-ins. Boy, does the ship look spiffy! Lots of elbow work. Best to you and Diane and Charles
