Brought back a lot of memories…My Mother would sit all five of us down at the dining room table and we would each assemble our own packet usually only hamburger, onion, carrots and potatoes. We would then form each of our packets in our own “ design” my being the biggest of course because I love onions! No Air Fryers then just the oven!
Love foil packs! Never used ground beef before. I've thought about fish, but never tried it. We always double wrap in foil even the heavy duty foil before we put it in the charcoal. I like the idea of making it at home. Thanks!
Yummmmmmmm! I had purchased the mandolin prep over a year maybe longer ago , a friend had a party , I never used until maybe a month ago , I had so many other ways to do my slicing ,,,,,, but let me tell you I didnt know what the heck I was missing , so user friendly and easy !! I have used to slice potatoes for dehydrating and zucchini! Made it so much quicker ! Love doing foil camping packets ! We have done sooo many things this way when camping ,,,,, but to emulate it’s so good doing on the grill ! Have to try in air fryer !
I love this. I have so many ideas of how I could use this here at home for every day freezer meals. Foil packet meals are so awesome (no cleanup) and work so well in the air fryer. I figured you were a PC Consultant. Did you go to conference this past week?
That is a great question, I would assume if you use the premade "thin" frozen patties, you can easily make this work for you and not adjust the time. If you used your own patty frozen, you may get a very rare burger ;)

Yum!! We also have done these for years, but we use cut up steak in ours. I've never tried with ground beef, but I'll definitely be doing this!
