If you have downtime you can just go to settings->screen time ->change pass and use your apple id and pass to take it off or reset it to a password you know

If u say everything to the cloud and then renter your passcode incorrectly every time until u need to restart your phone you will get the factory settings

Easy way to bypass it is to factory reset your phone and use different Apple ID when logging back in factory reset from tapping on you name and press sign out or erase your device from find my iphone
To exploit it just screen record and use ur phone to enter the passcode ( give it to parents and ask them to enter the password ) and boom watch back the recording and it’s bypassed
Screen time is a joke it is so easily bypassed I managed to bypass it forever by just changing the passcode because my mom luckily lets me have my own Apple ID but even before I did that all you have to do is delete an app and then reinstall it screen time is a joke go guardian is much worse though trust me make a video on how to bypass go guardian because I need that for school
