The reason as to why Denise Quiñonez(Ms. PR) won is clearly seen, in this video. Her beauty, her grace, her charisma and charm are quickly felt and captured. As for her answer, I admit she stuttered a bit. However, she was the only one who made it seem as if she thought it out thoroughly ( as she mentioned), and aside from mentioning why she has no regrets, she completed her answer by summarizing at the end she has no regrets. PR bought the crown? With what money? PR needed any revenue it made off of hosting the show. I also believe that E&Y audited the results... or will you come up with another conspiracy / controversy , accusing E&Y or fraud? Fact is, she won. She continues to be a beautiful woman both internally and externally. At the end of the day, she is a role model and Ms.Universe 2001. Not to mention, PR is one of the countries with the most crowns won. If they would have bought any of there crowns, that small petite island would have gone more than bankrupt.
