The freezing sims in cas cheat is an absolute game changer
Used a similar cheat to make sim mannequins and just gotta remember to feed them using the torture mod!
Idk I kind of like how weird they move
I yell at the screen whenever I'm trying to create sims and they're moving all over the place
It works on console too!!
Even better than stand still in cas mod, since sometimes I want them to move, to see if their faces are ok
Or just shift click and press cheat needs, make happy, and disable need decay. Works for me. Happy lil sims.

lol this ran through my head instantly. Because all that typing. I do like that the ability to do individual especially for console players. For myself I do have UI cheats installed just in case I need a quick one click top up 😉 💙

The casclockspeed is an absolute gamechanger, especially when your Sim is a spellcaster or a vampire. They. Won't. Stop. Moving.
The spellcaster every two seconds be like: 💃💃💃
Or a werewolf that keeps on "AWOOOOO" ing
Or when your painting a cat/dog/horse and they keep breathing 😭🤣
Ikr I wanna see them from afar and they be like ↩️↕️↗️
the last one is gonna be so useful when doing vampire makeover, they're always doing the most
absolutely the most extra occult sim.
Also the first one there is an easier way, with testingcheats on, on console press the bottom and right button on the area to the right on the controller on the starter sim, then go to “cheat needs” and then “make happy” it fills everything up instantly, Im not sure about pc but I heard it’s shift click on a sim, you can also do this with a mailbox to fill the needs for the entire household, or even every sim in your current world (willow creek, Moonwood mill, newcrest, anywhere, etc) even outside of your household. 😊
yeah but you can't fill up specific needs which is very useful
That actually doesnt require tenstingcheats on PC at all, just long press SHIFT
Yeah I thought you need testingcheats for it but you should be able to just SHIFT click without cheats on

It’s ctrl shift c to pull up the bar and then type in *testingcheats true* and then hold shift and click on a sim til you find *cheat needs* and *make happy* if that makes sense??
This is only for PC players but,
the best thing I do is whenever I play the sims 4 with new mods is make sure i have installed the UI CHEATS mod since its a wayyy better way to use these cheats and is also easier than typing the cheats. (mc command centre is another option however it is limited and difficult so i would go for)
I just use both. No matter how I'm feeling about mods atm, I always have those two installed otherwise I feel like I'm about to explode from my sims being idiots lol
If you are on console you can hover over your mailbox and hit x and o at the same time and click alter needs household and all of your sims needs will be filled

I have been playing the Sims since before we had control of the Sims back when it was just SimCity2000, and then movd on to the original Sims for PC. (Yes. Im old.)
I NEVER KNEW you could freeze your Sims in CAS.

I would recommend MC command center
@@FrenchFry_Stealer I use to but I prefer playing vanilla. Mods require upkeep that I don't have the patience for.

On pc an easier way is to first click crtl ,shift, c than you will see a bar pop up at the top of your screen than in the bar type testingcheats on or testingcheats true than it will say cheats enabled than to fill needs just shift click on your sim and than click cheat needs and make happy. You can also shift click on a mailbox and click cheat needs and you can fill needs of the whole sim world. If you want there needs to stay up forever and never go down again than click cheat needs than disable need decay
I just use testing cheats, then I don’t have to memorize long codes :D

The infinite consumable cheat is something I’ve never heard of before! I wonder if it applies to everything in your inventory if you have several different consumables? Does that apply to fruits and veggies, drinks, etc or just potions?
To fill all the needs you can also click on your sims WHILE holding shift and then choose cheat need > make happy
There's also a bunch of other cheats to choose from
Shift click on computer and clicking “cheat needs - make happy” makes all your sims needs go up. Super helpful cheat for having big family’s.
I use the fill motive cheat all the time. I don’t want to deal with my sims being hungry or needing to use the toilet, but I want their energy need to stay the same so they’ll sleep through the night when I don’t feel like dealing with them

For the needs, if u just hold shift while clicking on the sim, options will come up, one being “cheat need…” and that is a way faster way. I do that constantly in game and its so quick and easy
For the first 2 u can just alt and click your mailbox and press fill needs household or world and it will fill the household or worlds needs

Fun fact, there are also cheats that will make your sim a reaper and then they will only need their fun and social needs taken care of cause the others don't drop for reapers, and another cheat that makes them into a night wraith, which makes them look cool with blue lightning from their eyes, the night wraith cheat works for pets too.
what are the cheats?
In the sims 3, you could just put in the cheat and click on each individual need and use it as a slide bar, or “make all sims happy” with shift click 😊
I like to keep it simple lol
Or if on console do testingcheats on, the press b and a when your hovered over your sim at the same time it bring up cheats need and you can choose disable needs decay, enable cheats or make happy
The fill needs cheat will help me out so much cause the daycare/nanny options for kids always leave all their needs in red and orange. It’s so annoying

Not me pulling my sims out from work or school just because they’re starving or about to pass out, I COULD HAVE DONE THIS INSTEAD
I use cas one every time as I get so annoyed when my sims jitter around like crazy
Please also note that if you enable cheats (open cheat bar, then type ‘testingcheats on’ then press enter)
You can right click on your sims, cheat need to fully refill all the sims needs or even disable need-decay altogether.
It’s much more simple, and doesn’t require and packs or mods.
(Plus, you can access a larger range of simple cheats the same way)
This is why UI Cheats mod is OP. You can just click on the need and it'll fill to where you clicked.

omg! I always use Make Happy when shift-clicking on my Sim if the potions glitch out, but I'm always bummed that I can't refill a single need (I heavily use the Sleep Replacement potion and it glitches and doesn't work). thanks for this!
id like to point out the 'pets.toggle_selectable_pets' cheat. selectable pets without mods. Works for horses too if you change it to horses instead of pets I think? may need to look that up
I really miss the Sims 2 need adjustment cheat like just click and drag around lmao

I don’t have the UI cheats mode on my PC, so I use first two pretty much every gameplay.
apparently people don't know about simply right clicking the bar of whatever need you want filled??? Theres no need for ctrl-shift-c or shift clicking at all. The same goes for any moodlet you don't want your sims to have, or any aspiration, work, or event task you want completed. Explore the right click my friends, it's wonderful🥰
Edit: I fired up sims 4 and tried to do this and it doesn't work anymore? If anyone tries this and it works plz let me know😅

Unpopular opinion I like when my sims move in CAS so I see how badly the clothes distort during different interactions and just as they exist. Maybe that’s just me though🥲

Or the most quick easier way to fill needs is just to shift click and then Make Happy instantly fills up everything

I just hold shift on the keyboard and right click the sim and when it says cheat need, then click make happy and it fills all the bars up instead of all the typing in cheat 😅

Does it work tho? I was doing photoshoots with posemods a few months back and no matter what cheat I tried to change the seasons (I even installed the command centre mod), all my plants still looked brown. I had to redecorate all the gardens with debug plants and it took hours.
About the needs, for PC: Get MCC, click the need up ;)

would the unlimited potions cheat work on the bar drinks? i love giving my sims wine addictions but it’s so much work to make so many
But then what are you playing for? To me, the sims is the perfect game. I love simulators! And it covers everything within an entire life, which is awesome. I feel like 70% of the fun is putting efford into making your sims having a "realistic life stile" where you at least try to work into solving problems, filling where they lack and improving their strong points

Lately I've been trying to use the season cheat to get screenshots in a particular season and it does nothing 😕
Sims 2 and Sims 3 "testingcheats on" and jus fill it up the meter with a click and drag on the motive bar. How far we've fallen lmao
