If they had harrassed her, her outfit would have been disheveled and she would have had marks on her body that indicated she resisted, usually around the wrists, neck, legs or torso depending on where the man touched her. (Or in the lightest case of harassment, have clothing out of place, messed up hair and some light marks.) Next, she would have had a mark from where they had hit her, or at the very least, have some redding on it. If she wanted to be IN THE LEAST bit convincing, she could have changed her story to "They attempted to hurt me, threatened me then tried to harass me, but I hit him in self defense then ran away" BECAUSE THAT IS A CONVINCING STORY!
