Honestly speaking my take on nepotism in film industry is like, I don't think that actors or producers launching their children is wrong which is very normal for any parent to do. I am least bothered about that but what everyone should discuss is how the others who don't have any Film background face problems like getting removed from films bxs of asking so and so amount and at times they don't even get paid the exact amount initially, this happens with television actors also even though there is no nepotism our there but still people don't maintain professionalism in film or television is industry. There should be an authority to look after such things. Because people have been removed from films and they don't even give a valid reason.what srk told is correct if you are successful then everyone will be good to you but otherwise the way they treat the actors who are not giving commercial films is very bad. Every person should be given minimum respect in all work place that is what even our constitution says.
SRK & AKSHAY are two self made superstars in BOLLYWOOD who didn't have any godfather or connections but made growth not just in day but over a period of time with their pure passion and hardwork towards their craft of acting. I also think SRK is the most natural actor in Bolly Wood. Whether off-screen or on-screen he brings in a positive energy that just lightens the film itself.
