After some heart breaking family drama, PineHeart decided to leave her clan life behind to find a better life in territories beyond.
Sunkiss, one of BrindleShine’s orphaned kits loyally sticks by her older sister’s side, unwilling to let her go alone. The two bond over time and make many discoveries together, including a beautiful underwater cave filled with glowing crystals, where they encountered BrindleShine in her spirit form, there to offer them wisdom on how to continue and maintain there finally peaceful and quiet lives. With BrindleShine’s guidance, PineHeart raises her sister into a wise, passionate cat, living in harmony with the world around her, and watching over her family and her clan silently from afar.
More lore will likely come soon, and I am warning you that it will definitely not be in order!
••• 𝙸𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝙿𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝 •••
When PineHeart and Sunkiss enter the underwater cave, BrindleShine appears and speaks to PineHeart. This was necessary to heal wounds in PineHeart’s soul, bitterness that was left behind when BrindleShine so needlessly died (cause currently unknown to viewers). BrindleShine continues to show PineHeart how to live a healthy life again, and you can see that as PineHeart is figuring this out, the cave begins to shake and pebbles and debris fall from the ceiling. This signifies her dealing with some anger from her past. After she does so, she teaches SunkissedKit what BrindleShine taught her.
This project took 10 hours of drawing and editing non-stop to complete.
