Thank you so much. fixed the same issue on the E92 i have, and yeah the material does save permanently even if you don’t unpack or anything. just “save material” will keep it fixed for the next time you load up and get in that car. thank you so much dude id though about deleting that mod until i saw this video!!
and btw, i have some version of this 370z mod, but it has an annoying bloom effect on the lights and all the windows, and it so bright i cant see anything. Do you know how to fix that?

No need to do that because the glass material is already applied to the car; all you need to do is delete those broken textures and change the opacity and roughness maps to your liking
Is there a possible way to tint the windows that way? My mustang doesn't have the issue like the no texture bug, but i came to this video due to it not looking like it has any glass, it fixed it, thank you. But I would want to get tint, since for some reason I have the glass tinted selected and it worked before but now it doesnt work, would like a fix. Thank you.
@@vaporgam4054 on the entire vehicle? you’ll need to just apply some material inside blender on all the car panels. If it’s the glass you’re talking about, just follow these same steps

so i accidentally saved while editing a broken_glass texture and it seems to apply to all the cars in the game. even vanilla ones. How do I undo the changes?
