    Eating most of my calories early in the day helped me to take and keep off that last stubborn 15 pounds. Lunch is my big meal of the day because I just can't eat the type of food these doctors eat in the morning. Breakfast is organic oatmeal, blueberries, and Ceylon cinnamon. Lunch is whatever I want within reason. Dinner is a little protein like Greek yogurt and any fruits and vegetables I want. Since breakfast and dinner are each around 200 calories, this leaves 1,200 - 1,400 calories for lunch and a couple of snacks throughout the day.
