Honestly pirate tactics in Rust are extremely underrated. Engaging in guerilla warfare means that even as a solo you can cripple and make a huge clan bleed. I despise trap bases, but they are justified against a giant clan like this. Fantastic video, this just displays how lethal a smart person can be in Rust when the gloves are off.

I can certainly understand why people think this video suspicious. From an outside perspective, the video just comes across as highly improbable. What are the odds you just happen to run into someone who just happens to have the codes while simultaneously wanting to work with you after you shot them, specifically on the base you were keen on raiding at just the right time.
So many coincidences it just feels too good to be true.
I was having bad thoughts watching this, so i dropped into the comments. I watched the vid in your twitter post and it makes sense. Random guy is more than likely just an ex-clan member messing with them.
A cool thing to know is what you would have planned to do about the clan if that guy hadn't have shown up (pretty rare event)? Anyway, i enjoy the vids and appreciate the hard work you put in. Keep at it!
And how do you explain the fact that ALl of the clan members suddenly go offline for him to code raid in, and that none of them have braincells to change the codes?

Always felt like his videos are scripted. Still enjoy watching them though. Just look back on some of the ones he made from the last two years. I noticed that he always stumbles into someone or a two-man that he kills and then finds exactly the loot he needs for the video. Kinda sus.
Nope! This is 100% real, and every other video I’ve ever posted is real as well. They’re cut down a lot and edited fairly fast paced, but it’s not scripted. 👍

Honestly Memeio. I've been a fan for a long time. But I don't think that easy, staged content is the way. Please PLEASE don't take this route. We've always subbed for the chaotic content where you scramble and grind for the individual morsels of loot and where each individual piece was hard fought and special. You've always shown the more real side of Rust with the grind and challenge. But with this one everything felt easy, all the challenge wasn't actually there or something. We are fine with inconsistent uploads but we don't need another Blooprint or Stevie. We need you and your awesome funny content that's always been there. Your videos are rewatchable, always will be. Even if you continue down the stage route I will be rewatching your older videos. Where it felt real and honest. Maybe those were staged too but I don't think they are.
Ps: I'm not saying Bloo or Stevie stage videos, I'm just saying we don't need another Rust Chad.

How does that cinematic mode work? I highly doubt it but it seems as though you could simply noclip into a base to see where they store their loot.
Its scripted
Many other RUclipsrs do the cinematic thing as well. Even many videos where it's 100% not scripted, they make a new server and make all the bases the same and the same gear as the players in the real story have. Then they go to cinematic camera and make shots like these. It takes a lot of work.

Figured it would be a streamer zerg or code raid. It doesnt seem believable though... like, you code raided their outer perimeter quite obviously and they still didnt change their codes. Also spending ages taking out turrets whilst theyre online and no reaction, and then when raiding you kill them before taking out bags which is a bit dumb. And they keep running around naked doing just looking at you like what... just a lot of things dont make sense.
Most big clans are pretty dumb. I have been in one and half the time, no one knows who's in the clan and what is even happening lol
