hey maybe you canhelp me i have a 2011 f 650 i bought truck cruise dont work i found between the clocl spring and harnes connector there maybe a pigtail missing end at harness is differant then at clock spring

@@jordanowens6467 what are you talking about? You have an 08 truck and just want to have the 11 - 16 steering wheel? Or do you have an 01-10 and want to install an 11-16 cluster? The swap helper has a computer in it that allows a 99-07 truck to recognize an 08-10 and 11-16 cluster. So it is for those trucks that had 08 dashes installed. In this case, an 08 dash was installed in an 99-07 truck and the guy wanted to go a step further and install the 11-16 cluster which you can do. However, the controls on the 08-10 steering wheel will not control the message centre correctly as they are on the dash and not in the steering wheel. And they will not work on the 11-16 cluster. So you must install the controls from an 11-16 into the 08 steering wheel and resin it, as he shows in this video. If you have an 08-10 truck and just want to upgrade the cluster to an 11-16 I do not think they make anything for that. Most people are not going to put up the money it would cost to modify it as it isn't that much of a difference. You get the larger message centre, but do you want to spend thousands of dollars just for that? They would have to create another cluster helper for that, and they would need to know that thousands of people would be willing to spend the money for it. In your case, you could probably sell your truck and with the difference you would spend on modifying, buy a 11-16 truck.

hello, I tried to swap a 2016 cluster digital read out in my 2016 f250 6.7 that has the led read out and all that happened was 10 second restart . after further reviews I now have a 2012 cluster and it works good except now my engine brake will not turn on with switch and my compass won't display but I believe that was in mirror for 2012 not in dash 2016. Do you have any ideas for engine brake issue and or mirror display? thank you for any thoughts'!

A 2018 f250 ash in a 2007 F150? Not gonna happen. the 18 f250 and f350 will fit into the 07 f250 and 350. But no way will it work in an f150.
