With that, that company is nothing. It was you and what you did that brought me to it. I believed in T.Rex products because of your values and what you demonstrated. Regardless. Seeing someone speak out against what you do, that your principles are not just talk but shown in actions. It’s just all so refreshing to see. You’ll do great in whatever you pursue next if you bring the same passion and values you brought to the arms community. Whether you continue in arms or if you go into a different direction all together, im excited to see what you do. I think you should take a break, you absolutely deserve it. Take your honeymoon. Hey Lucas,
Juergen here-owner of JAE Precision Innovations, a precision CNC machine shop based in Southern California. I’ve been following your work for years and really respect what you’ve built with T.Rex Arms-not just the gear, but the mission, mindset, and consistent push for individual readiness and constitutional defense.
I wanted to introduce myself and extend a genuine interest in teaming up with you or supporting your efforts however I can. My background is in aerospace and defense manufacturing, and I’ve brought that same level of precision and discipline into the firearms space. JAE Precision specializes in tight-tolerance CNC machining, prototyping, and short-run production for mission-critical components.
I’m also active in the firearms community, both professionally and personally, and believe strongly in equipping citizens with tools that work when it matters. If there’s ever a way we can support your team-whether it’s contract machining, collaborative product development, or just sharing ideas-I’d be honored to contribute.
Thanks for everything you do for the community.

Based upon the way he says he has been treated by his former business partners, who acted the way they did while also being his family, I think he had no choice but to put out a statement like this. Unless he draws a line in the sand like this, he would leave open the possibility that his former partners at T. Rex would actively work to harm his next business endeavour as thoroughly as they worked to minimize him within his last one. The situation here is clearly devolving into a he said, he said, he said, he said fracas with a lot at stake for everyone.
Faced with such a situation, Lukas has, rightly I would say, decided he's going to show the potential threat that he's situationally aware, that he's carrying and that he knows how to protect himself.

Thank you for finally sharing the truth. You built this company with your own hands, your own vision, and your heart and it’s heartbreaking to see how you’ve been treated. The strength it takes to speak up after being betrayed like that is beyond admirable. So many people see what’s really going on and we stand with you. You deserve credit, respect, and justice, not erasure. Keep telling your story, people are listening.

Most of my friends and family come to me when upgrading gear or just getting started. I always que up your videos and just let you teach them, and I've yet had even one individual not subscribe. Just a nobody here, gun enthusiast, never purchased a product from TREX ARMS, but have known about the company and viewed its content here on YT for a couple years. From the moment you mentioned how the older brothers structured a 51% majority ownership for themselves after you started it, the writing was on the wall. Lucas, I wish you all the best going forward. Your passion and ideas are what brought TREX ARMS to life originally; you are more than capable of embarking on your next adventure. I look forward to seeing what you develop, and as a man with Christ as your focal point, I hope to see your values continue to be held high and uncompromising.

I've seen this a lot in my local community and online. Either a spouse or family finds that you have struck gold and wants some input or ownership despite building nothing or even something minuscule. Its insanely hard to say no and/or stand up to an older sibling or spouse and I don't blame Lucas for it. His family pushing him into a prenup should've been the writing on the wall to back out.
If your "business partner" ever brings someone else in and your family starts trying to run your business, its time to bail.
