I bought the Fames in black and broke my leg in 5 minutes on my first time out. Not the skate's fault at all! Just saying I didn't get the chance to really try them out so this was really nice to watch. I'm excited to try them out again in a few months. Thanks for the great review(s)!
Great review. I love mine that I've rocked since last March. They have been comfortable and durable. I mostly skate my neighborhood for miles and dance skate in my kitchen. Freaking quality boots with no break in period. Quality wheels for any outdoor surface. Go Fames!
Do you have extra room in these for thick socks? I am an 8 to 8.5 and I am not sure what to get as some sites say to get a mens 8 and some say to get a mens 7

Out of the sure grip wheels, Atom Pulse wheels, and the radar energy outdoor wheels which would you say is the smoothest? I was kinda leaning towards the Radar ones cause theyre smaller and ill have more agility but then i saw these and now im wondering and also because i really wanted some black outdoor wheels
what are your thoughts on nylon vs aluminum plates? I had originally though aluminum wasn’t as good but you made a good point when u mentioned during it’s lighter
I just got these as my first skates, thank you for helping me make the decision! I'm planning on getting black laces and maybe those black/yellow moxi gummi wheels- the skate is already black/yellow and my helmet is black with yellow stripes, so might as well lean into the Batman look, right? :)
Are they usually out of stock? I wanted to get myself beach bunny moxis but of course the long waiting time isn’t ideal, and I also didn’t like the loud colors. I want to be able to order and receive them in a maximum of one month LOL 😅

Typically skates are made with suede, which is literally cow skin so people who are vegan would not use those. When she says vegan skate she means the skate is not made with any animal materials :)

I have some suregrips and I wear size 10 in womens and got a size 8 in the suregrips and they fit like a glove. ❤
Some people online said they were a women’s size 8 and they wore a size 6 in this skate. I’m a size 6 so I ordered a 4 🙈✨💛

I couldnt find any golden hour skates in stock but the white sure-grip fames (which are the same model) are in stock on pigeon skates
