I feel like your comment plays into the greater misogyny of why she doesn't a lot of female characters - she's admitted she doesn't feel like she can be goofy in those characters because they're female. But Angela is evidence that women are goofy inherently. There’s got to be something magical about Smosh that generates the perfect comedic duos. First we had Anthony and Ian, then Noah and Keith, Courtney and Olivia, Shayne and Damien, and now Amanda and Angela. They’re all funny individually, but everyone seems to have that one friend that just unlocks their chaotic humor😭❤
That or their hiring department/procedure is really good at deciphering who would work well and last around here. Ian is part of that and as a founding member, he must have a knack now for knowing who will and won't last long in the Smosh environment.
