Very nice yacht. I only have one thing that I saw as wrong. The flooring planks are running port to starboard, floor planks are supposed to run the length of rooms not the width.
Lay a carpet over it….
It's however the owner wants it. If an owner wants pink shag carpet on the ceilings and saw horses in every cabin along with a totem pole in the bridge, that's what they will get. So, when you buy yours, you can have the flooring run whichever way you choose.

Where is the jacuzzi? I can’t believe it doesn’t have one
Many yachts in this class or smaller have a jacuzzi/hot tub. Some like the Pearl yachts have two. For resale and charter, yacht of this caliber should have one even if it's not the owners preference.
