Hi, I am trying to access a V380 cam from UK, Cam is located in Bangladesh. It was added corrected the same way as you said.
But when I want to see it from UK, it says Device offline.
But when my brother wants to see it using the same V380 account from Australia, he can see it live.
Why it's showing "Device Offline" from UK?
Also to let you know, In that V380 account I have 2 camera, both installed in the same property in Bangladesh & use same Router.
1st one was set up using LAN cable and 2nd one set up later using WiFi.
I can see the 1st one live, but cannot see the 2nd one live, why?
I know Both the camera is working as it's recording in Cloud. Although I cannot see the 2nd cam live, but I can see the recorded video from 2nd cam in the cloud from the app.
Can you Please Help and let me know if there any reason why I cannot see it live from UK?

যে অংশটুকু ভিডিও স্থীর দেখতে চাই। সেটা সেট করে দিই। কিন্তু বিদ্যুৎ চলে গেলে বা সফটওয়্যার থেকে বাহির হয়ে গেলে ভিডিও আমি যেখানে স্থীর রেখেছি সেখানে আর থাকেনা।
ভাই আমি ইন্ডিয়া থেকে বলছি এই ক্যামেরাটি কিছুতেই আমি অনলাইন করতে পারছিনা তুমি আমাকে একটু বুঝিয়ে বলো

বাসার ওয়াইফাই দিয়ে বাসাতে দেখতে পাচ্ছি কিন্তু বাসার বাহিরে থেকে মোবাইল ডাটা অথবা মোবাইলের অন্য ওয়াইফাই কানেকশন দিয়ে দেখা যাচ্ছে না।বাসার বাহিরে ডিভাইস অফলাইন দেখায়।প্লিজ এর সমাধান টা যদি বলতেন।
