It would be very difficult for me to resist petting every cat and dog I came across if I were there. I'd never get anything done! Glad you got your new mic, Eric! Allison you've got the sweetest personality! Love your videos, guys. Hope you do get to come to Wisconsin someday!
Aww thank you so much! 😊 It's definitely hard for us to pass an animal and not give it some lovin, especially when we know they live on the streets 🐶🐱 We would absolutely love to visit Wisconsin! We were just talking about how we've never really been to any of the northernmost states...we need to rectify that asap!
That was amazing. My father was stationed in Guantanimo from 1955 to 1959. I remember a lot of things about being there and it was really beautiful. The buildings and cars are a little more run down, but just like I remembered. I hope you got a chance to see the sugar cain fields when they are processing the cain because the smells are amazing. Also, in Havana, the boardwalk, where the casinos used to be and the tobacco houses where they roll cigars. I even spotted a 57 Chevy Bel Aire, like the one my dad had when we were there.
- At 0:07 I thought a title wave was coming. I was truly scared for how you planned to take cover in a split second - but then, I realized that it was the curve of your hair. Wow. 😅 It's like extra high today or something. I think it's sweet that you are getting in to this place before the culture starts to change due to the new leader. Pumped for you! 💪🏽
My husband is actually in Cuba right now! He sends me little clips, but it's pretty cool to be able to watch your vlogs too. If you're looking for a good place to hang out at night, there's a little place in Havana called Submarino Amarillo (Yellow Submarine) that has classic rock cover bands every night.
Hello Allison and Eric! Gorgeous place, thanks for taking us along. Good thing you guys have companions sometimes when you travel... sometimes it's nice. I really love you guys and hope you two are safe and happy 😊 😎🍻
Nice videos! Did you get a Cuban Visa at the check-in counter for the airline at the Cancun airport? I heard that Cuban immigration doesn't stamp US passports if you tell them not to. Is that true? What do they stamp instead? When you returned back to the US did you say you went to Cuba (if they didn't stamp your passport)? Or did you just say you stayed in Mexico the entire time? Did you circumvent the official US Cuban visa process where you have to choose from one of several categories like Journalism, etc.?
Worst thing about traveling is coming back & having to play catch up on your travels. Which makes me want to travel again & thus I'll get further behind...
Oh you gotta love all those classic cars driving around there, wow!! On a different note, I never get why people have to clap when a plane lands. You stand way more chance getting killed in a road or train accident, yet you never see anyone clapping when a car arrives at its destination, do you?
Lovely video! I'm really excited to see your take on Cuba. I really HATE the music on this video, however. It sounds like it was recorded at one speed but was played at a speed twice as fast-- like the Chipmunks. I loathe screechy vocals and this music was FULL of screechy vocals.
If you can believe it, we didn't get a single cuban sandwich 😮 I actually don't think we even saw anything similar on the menus...I think it's mostly a Cuban-American thing!
I worry for Cuba, I fear they may end up in a similar situation to Haiti eventually. =( that said i'm debating going to Cuba sometime next year. I've been able to go (without having to deviate to a diff country) for years now being I have family in the country but disagree with the countries politics. I should mention I am American.
HUGE thanks to Yan Nielsen for the drone Footage. Make sure you subscribe to him! ruclips.net/channel/UC6Jt9HVwCACQlJtML3FlXzw
Capitalist pigs
I'm *so* jealous you got to fly your drone there. I was too fearful of the laws in place at the time so I didn't take mine. The shots looked awesome!

I love your guys enthusiasm!! NOW I'M TEMPTED TO BUY A TICKET TO CUBA LOL 😉✈️❤️
+Nate & Adriana it's definitely worth visiting!
Can't wait to see future vlogs from Cuba! Are you guys planning to visit the Hemingway house? 😎📚
Sadly we didn't make it there :(
Really neat seeing these videos from different peoples points of view. This is going to be a great series. Cheers, Thomas
thanks 🙌

When I saw you were going to Cuba, I immediately hoped for some old car footage! So cool.
Oh there's lots more to come too! 🚙
Lol that WiFi in the park thing is so interesting. I'd love to visit Cuba someday soon, looking forward to the rest of your Cuba vlogs.
Ya, it was so strange! Glad you're enjoying the vlogs so far :)
Nice video ! I wonder if there is still a direct flight from cancun to Cuba 🇨🇺
I’m planning on doing this as part of my gap year next summer, great video

Whoa! Love the way you cut in the drone shots!
Thanks fellas! 😄🚁
Very cool! I thought drones weren't allowed in Cuba? Didn't the Way Away leave theirs in Mexico?

Dang! We're already back in the states, but that place sounds amazing!
The Endless Adventure That actually makes a ton of sense! Uploading these vlogs in Cuba would take waaaaay too long and might be nearly impossible...
would looooove to go to cuba! the architecture, the history and those cars....those cars are perfection
There really were so many more than we thought there were going to be! It was kinda nuts!
Hello Allison and Eric! Gorgeous place, thanks for taking us along. Good thing you guys have companions sometimes when you travel... sometimes it's nice. I really love you guys and hope you two are safe and happy 😊 😎🍻
Ya, we were really happy to have friends along with us for this trip! Especially because our Spanish is muy mal lol
SO unbelievably excited for the Cuba vlogs! I want to go there SO bad!
It was such a wild trip! We're super excited to give you guys a little glimpse into the culture and vibe of the country :)
Wow, you guys make really awesome videos! Subbed :) I have a question: What editing software do you use? I really like it; the effects are so awesome.
Hi Luc, welcome to the channel! 👋 We use adobe premiere :)
Fabulous vlog!!!!!
I wish I was away in from work in Vancouver my parents want me to work on spring break so sad you guys but Rick is such a good money
you guys are all wonderful as a group
+mithaweed 😊
Let me ask you this, from cancun being a us citizen at the airport did they give you a cuban pasport or how did that work?
Old car heaven ! 😎
Pretty much!
Nice videos! Did you get a Cuban Visa at the check-in counter for the airline at the Cancun airport?

I LOVE Interjet. The first time I flew to Mexico from the states, I got hammered on free tequila. OMG!
Worst thing about traveling is coming back & having to play catch up on your travels. Which makes me want to travel again & thus I'll get further behind...
Woo hoo!!!!
wow you flew a drone in cuba that is awesome lmfaoooo cant believe you got away with that
Thanks for taking us to Cuba. Keep teaching us about the culture, and don't forget the sunscreen! Glen from England.
Good call! We've definitely learned not to leave home without it! That sun is not nice to our skin 😡 Glad you're enjoying Cuba so far :)
Looks pretty great 👍 maybe be careful with the WiFi thing, most public access points are unsecured unless you've got a vpn.
Ya, we didn't end up using it...it seemed too sketchy 😳
Cool, guys! Give us more details about the prices in Cuba and how did you manage the days without internet. Cheers!
Nice! The future vlogs should answer those questions ;)
Oh you gotta love all those classic cars driving around there, wow!!
On a different note, I never get why people have to clap when a plane lands. You stand way more chance getting killed in a road or train accident, yet you never see anyone clapping when a car arrives at its destination, do you?
Any problems getting back into the US afterwards?
How cool is that vintage 🚗 I'm excited too follow this adventure 😊
👍
How did you drone????
Hope you like it cause my cubita did
Is there a limit on how much you can exchange?
Love that you kept the 7:50 to 7:53 a part of the video. LOL.
Sorry Clat!
😂😂
Tal is giving me anxiety at 5:40 with that unused wrist strap 😥😫
He's so good he doesn't even need a strap 😎
Cuba? Now THAT's an adventure!
+Sharp Adventure heck yeah! 🇨🇺
Why didn't you fly from Miami directly to Cuba? Where did you land in Cuba? Havana?
great videos I'm glad to not see you behind bars for using a drone there, Free Cerveza (y)
As an American you can just show up to the airport and pay for the visa like that??
i am here from wayway:) hello from Turkey:)
Awesome!! Hello 👋 and welcome 🙏
Woop woop!

Exciting, but why not just visit Detroit?
So any cable? Or satellite?
I believe so...we didn't really end up watching much though, so I'm not sure exactly what types of channels/shows they have :/
3:04 FAKE NEWS! Don't buy it I saw where that burrito went! 🌯
+TheTravelingClatt 😂🌮
Get Cuban sandwich. OH Yea!
If you can believe it, we didn't get a single cuban sandwich 😮 I actually don't think we even saw anything similar on the menus...I think it's mostly a Cuban-American thing!
"randomly" ran into your air bnb host on the street. strange
Cheap save me a couple beers on the flight
did you say you brought Euros from the United States to exchange into Cuban money?
+Joan Lynch yep! It was a slightly better exchange rate than just coverting USD
The Endless Adventure that is good advice!
that's Nikita's future wife right there

first?
boom!
Jack Sprat and his wayaway wife.
If someone breaks your heart just punch them in the face.
Seriously.
Punch them in the face and go get some ice cream.
