While I normally wouldn't want hunters to have any more advantage than they normally so, I would suggest a rule that the runner in Hide And Seek can't summon personal vehicles and only be able to get vehicles they steal off the street.

As a viewer, i prefer smart plays, if its a manhunt best video is them never knowing who or where you are, the mind games. a challenge would be keeping the same car the entire manhunt ( the second car you find not the first, as they will know that car, and you can get in and out of it, but in the end thats the only car you move around in if you drive)

you should upgrade your power supply, thats usually the main reason for mid game crashes on pc, maybe try something like 1200W to 1500W to feed that 4080 of yours.
