When I hear this, I can't help but think of Annatar, Sauron's fair form used to decieve Celebrimbor. This voice is so beautiful and appealing as he sings the words of power, those engraved malevolently upon the ring with such sadistic satisfaction. As he did so, you can hear the whispers of his malice bleed even though his majestic voice. His hateful spirit cannot help but exude a ghostly hiss even as he sings.

Sauron once his follower and this just reminds me so much of Pages 16 & 17 of The Silmarillion!! Melkor's desire, Illuvatar's fascination, adjustment, and then stern yet steady declarations and the birth of Middle Earth! The dark discordant chords are part of Middle Earth too!!
