【1 Div Exile | Ep.4】Necropolis league 3.24
Hey guys, everyone knows how underpowered/underused Spectral Throw is, and one of our patrons challenged us to make a 1 div build with it. So, we made a【Cold Spectral Throw】with 2 beltimbers (Far Shot playstyle)! The build turns out pretty viable, not the best but at least it's playable! :D

Spectral Throw is an underused skill but we wanna take on this challenge, so we made this cold convert ST deadeye! Overall DPS is not great, but workable up to T16, thanks to High Crits and Cold DPS, it can freeze n shatter every mobs, so nothing can touch u as long you're hitting. High end set up will be dex/str stacking or omni :) Cheers!

I always play POE and get to t14 maps but at this point my progress just slows to a crawl. Like I'll probably be running a 3-5 Divine build but idk how to keep progressing. Level ups slow down, item costs/ build upgrades cost much more and you can't really get the good mods unless you've completed the atlas.

I think ST has an insane dmg potential since it hits multiple times. On a ~50 div budget it already melts uber bosses in a few seconds.

I wished these videos showed a lvl 92 char and had a upgrade path. Most of us will nvr be lvl 100 and don't know how to efficiently scale a build
