Sorry for any inconvenience. We do state that ChemSketch is only available for Windows OS on the download page on our web site.

"Is your software compatible with OSX?"
"Absolutely! Running ACD/Labs Software on Mac computers is not only possible, it's easy!.... *Just install an open source virtualization software, create a VM instance, install/configure Windows 10 Home, then login to that and install ACD/Labs Software on that,* piece of cake!"
Setting up a VM to run a specific operating system for a specific program is exactly what you do when the program is _not_ compatible with your OS. So I'd say that's very misleading.

Hi JH. We did not mean to oversimplify the compatibility concerns with Mac. You are correct - our software is not natively compatible. This guide is intended to help those who want to use ACD/Labs products on MacOS for work or studies despite the compatibility challenge. We understand this solution may not be for everyone.
