Lectio Divina

The monks of Conception Abbey discuss "lectio divina" (sacred/holy reading), a common practice in the Benedictine tradition. Lectio Divina can be practiced by anyone who desires to grow closer to God through a slow and prayerful reading of Sacred Scripture.
