Hello and sorry for not getting in touch with you until now.
No, you don't need any modifications.
Just the exhaust manifold of a z650 and soldering to the exhaust of the z900.

Hey, thanks ... the rear wheel is size 170 60 18
The rim is 4.25 wide.
