Philips Stadion is such a great stadium. It's smack-bang in the middle of the city (the only Eredivisie stadium for which that's the case), it's large enough to justify housing a club that's won multiple European titles but small enough to preserve atmosphere, it has the shiniest amenities, a modern aesthetic and it's still directly surrounded by PSV's factory worker roots.
I love how it’s evolved and expanded over the years. Like Bernabeu, no relocation needed. As a Spurs fan, I would’ve loved the original WHL to grow, and flatten the surrounding Tottenham area to accommodate it. But they kinda did with a slight shift north westerly

The reason the kuip is loved is also no joke. it has a great athmosphere but is more well known by tourists because of the city and the size of the stadium of the club. sadly nets had to be placed after continues litter and other things thrown onto the field. that definitly made this stadium less pretty.
Fun facts: Artificial Grass is most likely going to be banned in the Eredivisie. De Kuip will stay Feyenoord's stadium, all plans to move have been cancelled. Even though I'm not a Feyenoord fan it has the best ambiance due to it literally being 'a tub' Goffertstadium will likely have some maintenance going on soon as one section of the grandstand collapsed with fans on it. (Away fans section during the derby vs Vitesse) If the Netherlands host the Nations League final de GrolschVeste will most likely be one of the venues if not THE venue. de Galgenwaard Bunnikside single tier is mostly full or even over capacity in important games with it almost every time being a standing grandstand even though everyone has a seat. GelreDome is arguably the worst Dutch stadium, it is almost always empty during league games, literally just better as a concert hall.
I'm not sure artificial turf will get banned. Yes, Heracles got relegated and they were the ones blocking new guidelines, but it's not known whether Emmen and Volendam will cooperate.

The fact that de Kuip has what looks like temporary stands near the fields is due to they are shortend. At first ground stands were till the stairs towards first ring. But was cut down due to safety regulations since fans were able to climb over from groend stands to first ring to riot

It is so interesting that the Eredivisie has big stadiums like Ajax and PSV's but have small ones as well like the Go Ahead Eagles stadium. You don't really see that in any other big European league.
I think this year has one of the lowest average capacity in the last 10 years or so in the eredivisie, a lot of semi big clubs got relegated and replaced by clubs with below 10k capacity. So its a pretty big contrast rn

I have enough confidence in the Netherlands' ability to move water that I'm sure they found a solution, but the downward tilting roofs really look like spouts that would dump water on some poorly placed seating.
In the Netherlands even normal houses have rain water gutters... You can walk on the sidewalks without any problems. And we collect waste water in underground pipes, called sewers, very advanced system.
It should be possible without having to interfere with the train tracks, but the stadium and train station (and cycling paths) would indeed have to be more integrated in one another.
