Great content, James! Some valuable info on how to start or even cover some gaps on a wardrobe. Just a tip: try looking at the camera. I bet you’re looking at a video of yourself on a side screen.
Pretty solid recommendation. Grant Stone is my go to for boots since I’ve got really wide feet and their EEE widths fit me really well, they’re even adding wide widths to their loafers which I hope to pickup soon. I live in Japan which gets really cold in the winter and really hot and humid in the summer, and space is a premium so I’ve I try to keep a really functional and minimalist wardrobe.
loved the video! i’m personally in space of simplifying my wardrobe and some you mentioned i’ve acquired, let’s me know im on the right path! please do a part two!
Cool video man, this popped up at the right time - I've been wondering what other poeple consider their "tiers" of getting into fashion to be. Interesting to see what other people's core staples are and the direction they go when they branch out. Definitely interested in seeing you tiers 2,3, +. You could consider adding a round up of cost for each section/tier in total to give an idea, and then future videos could be medium and low cost options of each tier. then in the future you could do another tiers list to show how your tastes and trends have changed over time. Cheers
Some visuals showing the clothes as you talk about them could help too. Like when people do their S,A,B tier list you can see what they've already added, you could have a screen where you put the picture of the clothes you've already added with new pictures being added as you talk about them in a video. I think a visual like this would be a good way to supplement your talking about them one by one
Thanks James. I found your video after searching for reviews on orSlow fatigue pants. Digging the Oak Street loafers. I have a pair of navy suede Grant Stone loafers that I love and a smart looking leather pair would be perfect for work/weekend. Note- commenting under may wife's account:
Great video. This is random but do you have any suggestions on where to get lens replacement for JMM Delans? I think you mentioned in the past that you got different lenses and i am currently thinking about getting a different tint. Any suggestions?
0:00 This look already got me into this video. Please continue.
The fact that you don't look like a Zoomer influencer is already a huge plus.

Where you get the gold chain?? You should do a men’s jewelry vid
I got it from a local jeweler but I believe the brand is quality gold.
James, I love your videos! Could you do a video presenting your suit collection? Cheers! 🙏
I'll do my best. In the last few weeks I really cut it down.

I would go to a place that sells them or a higher end place. I don't get JMM lenses I just get the lenses that they sell.

Take s shot everytime you hear him say perfect. Drink a glass of water for everytime you can dress an item up or down. You might make it out alive.
Hahah
no shorts? mid west AF
That’s tier two! I wouldn’t consider shorts an essential of you’re building a wardrobe. Especially over jeans or slicks
@@JamesHerlihy you must not live in southern california then lol
