I switch to support H.Priest when I'm doing ET and Valhalla. If the difficulty level of ORA is high, I also do support Priest. Then, I raid for Champion to gain experience and job points. For Champion, I focus on gaining experience and job points in dungeons and AFK grinding. For priest TU till high priest always save reset in ymir. Then for monk i do AA crit build in early game.
Buff Blessing, Kyrie Shield, and burst damage like FO and Asura-this build is hybrid and can be used for PVP, PVE, and MVP also good for early game. However, I will update this to a pure unli FO and Hellgate build Shura for PVE with high DPS before CBT ends. My technique for doing instances is to multi-job to Priest for a faster run, then switch to your main class for the raid.

Noob question but what does Champion duties during party especially ET runs?I mean the only buff that you have in party is only blessing
