Thank you Kelly and Noelle for bringing us with you, this was a great experience for me. It felt like I was there with you, meeting the other podcasters, designers, and seeing all things yarn. The leaping llamas was an excellent addition. And I look forward to seeing the knits you make with your yarn hauls.
What a great recap, thank you for sharing! Took me right back to the weekend! This was year 3 of Rhinebeck for me I think. The true highlight this year was getting to meet you wonderful ladies! I’m so grateful for the generous gift of your note cards and it was so sweet of you to give cookies to our granddaughters. This was their first year going and I’m so excited 2 of our favorite knitting souls were a part of it!! 🥰 Hope we get to do it again next year! 🤞🏼
Thanks for taking the effort and sharing all of your experiences Kelly and Noelle. I have not been to Rhinebeck yet. I want to make it sometime in my lifetime. Life and commitments with a young family make it a little harder and I tend to live Rhinebeck through the experience of various podcasters. Happy making with all that gorgeousness. You two have inspired me to spend more time with my crafting!
You are so welcome, Anita. I would never have even able to make it to Rhinebeck when my family was younger, I don’t think I even knew about it till a couple of years ago. I hope you get to experience it sometime ❤️
So fun to see and hear your Rhinebeck fun. I found you this summer. All my Rhinebeck experience are via my iPad and podcasts like yours! I’m on the West Coast Canada, so Rhinebeck will always be a chair side visit! But how fun to go. But I’d want a big pocket book so I could bring home lots of lovelies! I like seeing what is for sale, seeing what folks purchase, and especially all the beautiful knit and crochet everyone is wearing. After seeing yarns, I then keep an eye out for yarn at shops I can get to, to see and feel yarns I might not normally purchase. I loved seeing the meets ups, and loved seeing all the Linden cardigans, and the Framed sweater, which I am currently knitting. Thanks for sharing your Rhinebeck trip! The trees were gorgeous this year from what I have seen so far.
It was so fun to see what a great time you had! Thanks for all the time you took to share your day with us. I was at Rhinebeck in 2017 and the weather was beautiful. I’m hoping to get there again in 2024. Can’t wait to see all your knits from your haul!
Thank you sooo much for sharing your trip to Rhinebeck. I can feel your Joy and i am realy glad, that you have this moments. Now i am feeling like i was there with you. Thank you so much and greetings and hughs from germany, Maria ❤
What a wonderfully joyful relationship you two share. It is infectious and obviously so for all that you encounter in your knitting travels and lives seem to share that same joy and happiness. The expression of a knitter spending time with kindred spirits is priceless. Good for the soul. Thank you so much for sharing of yourselves, your lives and your talents with all of us who watch you from week to week and have learned so much through your sharing and your being YOU! Your Rhinebeck segment is one of the very best! Thank you!❤
It was so fun to see some of the highlights of your weekend. I especially liked seeing some of the other podcasters that I watch! Thank you for sharing.
Thankyou for making the time to share with us your time at Rhinebeck. So much fun and one day I hope to make the big trip from Australia to Rhinebeck or one in Canada with my Canadian Knitting Bestie. The cards your daughter has made are gorgeous and fun. Really enjoy your podcasts each week.
Hi Noelle and Kelly, Thanks for sharing your Rhinebeck weekend with us! Great pictures, videos and interviews! I have never been to Rhinebeck ...but going someday is on my "to do list". Happy Knitting!
Just reaching out with a thanks for doing a fiber related podcast. It's refreshing to see such positive vibes and laughter. Really enjoyed your sharing your fiber adventure. Winter here in NW Ohio is a bit wet and stuck indoors on the farm so I am into fiber and wishing we had a local knitting fiber group for weekly meet-ups. Meanwhile I watch you. Thanks again.
After seeing this podcast I am having a fomo moment. I have never been to Rhinebeck but would love to go..especially to meet the two of you who I think are just so warm. I just recently was wearing my field cardigan and a person I have known for about 25 years business wise complimented me on it and asked if I had knit it, whereby I said yes and she responded “I’m a knitter too and have been for a while”and her mom used to own the local yarn store about 40 years ago. I was so excited I hope to be meeting for coffee to talk about our knitting.. love love this community..
Noelle, your daughter is so talented. I have never been to Rhinebeck and do not plan on it, too stressful. I liken it to Disney World, too many people all trying to get into the same ride. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity/experience but since I just visited Disney World, I cannot imagine putting myself through that stress anytime soon. I will just enjoy Rhinebeck through other people’s eyes. Thank you!
I understand your feelings. I'm like that too. However, going on a Sunday you miss that terrible crowd :crush and just enjoy the joy everyone shares by seeing so much gorgeous fiber and yarn. Everyone is so happy to be there you cannot escape the joy.
I have not yet been to Rhinebeck, but, through Instagram, I met a fellow knitter from Alberta, Canada. She has become a close friend. We are planning to meet for the first time for Rhinebeck in 2024. Present plan-she’s flying into St. Louis, near where I live, and we will drive up to NY, stopping wherever we can! More excited to finally meet Carol than for NYSWfestival and I’m very, very excited about that! Your podcast was one of the best I’ve seen on the virtual experience. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful weekend adventures with us! The cards are beautiful, such a great idea. I attended Rhinebeck in 2019 and still reminisce about all the fun we had. We took our trailer and camped at a nearby campground. Had lots of room to bring back many sweater quantities of yarn. I might still have a few in my stash😳
It was such a pleasure watching your recap of Rhinebeck. I don't think I would ever be able to travel to the US, but I get so much enjoyment seeing all the gorgeous yarn and lots of familiar faces of podcasters and designer's.
I am a new subscriber and so enjoyed your Rhinebeck recap. It was a bittersweet reminisce for me. For 36 years I lived in Hyde Park, the town south of the festival, and was a yearly attendee. I now live in the Portland, Maine area, enjoy knowing that I live in Andrea Mowry, Elizabeth Smith, etc., territory with so many fellow designers and knitters. I feel fortunate to have been able to attend the S & W Festival all those years and might even make the trip next year. Will look for you on the hill.
It was lovely to see you both! Wish I had caught up with you to sit and knit for a while! Now I know why I didn't actually see you at the fairgrounds. We were there on Sunday, but did the total opposite walk around the fairgrounds. We started at the barns and ended in the buildings, although didn't actually get to the buildings until 3:30. I feel like I went to a different festival when looking at your purchases....lots of ooh, I didn't see that...ooh, I never saw them. Thanks for the reliving in a movie (or podcast) and adding new things to my list for next year. Look at us planning next year already! Glad you had a good time!
Oh do I want to go to Rhinebeck! It is definitely on my bucket list and next year would be a good year to make it happen. Thank you so much for putting this podcast together and sharing your experiences at the New York Sheep and Wool Festival.
I went to Rhinebeck several years ago and was amazed! And I know it’s much bigger now. Thanks for sharing your experiences and for all the joy you bring us!😊🧶🧶
Well you two, it looks like you had a fabulous weekend at Rhinebeck, full of yarny goodness ! Getting to Rhinebeck from Melbourne is a long haul but maybe some day...in the meantime I can live vicariously through everyone else. Here in Australia, we have our Great Southern Wool Show which is our version of Rhinebeck . It's held in July and not too far from me, easy to get to via the train and is a wonderful woolly weekend too! ♥
So much fun to share your Rhinebeck experience. I have never been to Rhinebeck, and likely never will, as I live in BC AND DON’t like big crowds. I would love to have a set of those adorable cards. A very talented daughter and great puns on words!
I have not been to Rhinebeck festivities, but watching your video on it makes me feel like I was there. My Rhinebeck is Sweater Camp, a 3-day weekend event put on by our local yarn shop with all the awesome vendors and zooming with creators around the globe over the 3-days. Happy Knitting!
What a great episode!!! Loved going over the weekend through your eyes. So much fun! thanks for the interview and see you back in Rhinebeck next year (hopefully elsewhere too in the meantime :))❤
I'm mostly a lurker here, but I just wanted to say how much I love your podcast/community! I've been knitting, technically, for years, but am really just this past year getting into it and learning about different fibers, designers, etc... I don't know if I can make it to Rhinebeck specifically (I work in theatre and often have back-to-back shows in October), but after seeing this look-back video, I'm certainly going to see if I can make either the New York Sheep & Wool Festival, or another festival, work into my 2024 calendar. It looks so inspirational, fun, and a great way to spend a weekend!
I went to Rhinebeck and it was my first fiber festival. It was beyond anything else I have experienced and I loved it. And to my surprise I see myself twice in your video about the Tessellated pattern--I made the vest. I felt the same about the pattern when it was released and didn't plan to make it, then thought I would look in my stash...then made a swatch...and I kept knitting! I love the fabric and colors, and everyone's was so unique. I love those cards!
Went to Rhinebeck and Wool & Folk too. 3rd time at Rhinebeck and love it more each time. 2nd time at Wool & Folk. Last year at Wool & Folk was glorious; this year not too glorious, but still had a great time. Glad you were able to attend.
I love seeing the podcasts and fiber news from the sheep and wool festival. It just looks like so much fun. Thank you ladies for bringing the festival to us. ❤
I have been to Rhinebeck once...such a fun experience..I have always wanted to go back this time with my husband. .....I love the cards...what a great idea!
I have never been to Rhinebeck but I go every year with all the wonderful knitters that podcast about their trip. I love seeing all the wonderful yarns and patterns that you will create with your yarn haul! Thank you so much for sharing with us. Such perfect note cards for knitters. Love them!🧶❣️
Thank you for making this podcast and showing us around. What an amazing opportunity. I’m happy Jenny helped make the experience the best, so lucky to have her guidance. The fellow was spinning with a Charka. I love your cards and I have excellent knitting friends to appreciate them. Have a great rest and enjoy your new cast ons! ❤ Terry
I am envious that you both got to go to the festival I really love hearing about all of your wonderful days maybe one day but so glad you brought the experience to all of us love from Gerri in Tennessee
Never been to Rhinebeck, but the great video is much like our MD Sheep & Wool Festival which I look forward to the 1st full weekend in May. Thanks for the coverage
Oh my! I have so much to say that I don’t even know where to begin. So I will just say thank you for the most wonderful Rhinebeck weekend recap ever! I loved this years fair and one of the highlights for me was meeting both of you and getting a few mins to talk. Your recap brought all the memories of the weekend back and for that I’m so greatful. Like Kelly I also said the weekend was a one and done for me. And now I say See you at Rhinebeck 2024!
UK here, Rhinebeck is too far away for me due to my health but I did enjoy this podcast very much and I'm now a new subscriber to your channel. Thank you ladies!
I have never been to Rhinebeck but i have always wanted to attend. I look forward every year to watching all the videos and pictures looks amazing. Maybe one year
Thank you for sharing your Rhinebeck with us! I went to Rhinebeck last year for the very first time, just the Sunday, and loved every minute! I was so sure I’d be back this year as it’s only a three hour drive away but life had other ideas. When I saw you and a few other podcasters I admire were there, oh was I even more disappointed, but there's always next year, right?
Thank you letting me “do Rhinebeck” vicariously with you. I haven’t been myself because I feared it would be too crowded and overwhelming. So, Kelly, your experience was very reassuring and I may have to reconsider. Your knitty notecards are just perfect and my fingers are crossed that I’ll be a very lucky winner.
I would love to go to Rhinebech someday. I’ll have to enjoy from a distance and watch the various podcasts in the meantime! I enjoy watching these and learning of all yarns and patterns etc. very exciting ❤ also the card are beautiful 😍 what an amazing job! 🎉
Thankyou for the wonderful sharing of your Rhinebeck experience. I really enjoyed the whole podcast. As I’m in Australia I don’t think I’ll ever go but you never know!!! Liz Mount Gambier South Australia
Wow, what an enjoyable recap of your Rhinebeck weekend. I have never been there, but feel included in the festivities after watching this. I loved your format: daily rundown, photos from the day, and purchases that day. Thank you so very much.😃🥰
Unfortunately, I have never been to Rhinebeck but would love to someday. Thank you for such a wonderful and kind summary of your weekend. So glad you both enjoyed your trip to NYS. ❤
What a cute idea for handouts! Loved your recap of Rhinebeck… this was the first year that I didn’t go…our knitting group decided to go to SAFF in Asheville NC…. Love Rhinebeck… I think one of my favorite things is meeting all the podcasters on “the hill” 😊
Thank you for sharing Rhinebeck! Jaclyn is super talented! Glad you gals had amazing time! I have never been to Rhinebeck despite I live two hours away, unfortunately! Hopefully one of these days! 😊
I have never been although it is a bucket list adventure for sure! Thank you so much for sharing your adventures with us. I love everything you bought and can’t wait to see your FO’s!
Oh!!! Thank you Kelly and Noelle for the Rhinebeck recap. I’m hoping to go next year for the first time. I can’t wait to see your Lindal Torkle. I made one out of Making Tracks pumpkin patch. Love love love the making tracks yarn.
Thank you for taking me to Rhinebeck. I am definitely going to go next year with some of my grandchildren. Seems like a great experience. And I love the notecards. I love clever little things like that. I would love to win a set.
I loved seeing Rhinebeck form your video! Hope to go one year! Love all the yarns and cute things you came home with and the knit wear you two wore was so beautiful! Love the note cards!💗💕💞
Thanks for sharing your adventures at Rhinebeck. My friend and I plan to visit Rhinebeck in the future. I can't wait to see your projects using the yarn you bought.
I went to Rhinebeck for the first time in 2021. I was a new knitter, with just a year under my belt. I saw a number of podcasters but couldn’t say hello - too shy. Maybe next time I’ll manage. 😉 it was a great experience, and I want to go back - maybe every 3-4 years. I live in Iowa, and I drove there, so it made for a long, but lovely, trip.
Thanks, ladies, for your Rhinebeck recap! I am not able to see most of your show and tell, not because of your faces, but because you are so far from the camera. I still enjoyed hearing your adventures.
Love your Knit Chat notecards. Kudos to Jacqueline for the design! I’ve been to Rhinebeck 3 times. This time was probably the worst weather of the 3, but it didn’t matter! It was a wonderful experience. I wish I’d run into you on The Hill but I think I had the time wrong and was a little early ☹️ I hope you come back one day!
You are so welcome! We have already started some new knits!!
I love your podcast of the recap of Rhinebeck. I have never been, but one day I Will go!
See you there!!

Would love to see you there!!
Thank you Ladies for the wonderful tour, not sure if I'll ever have a chance to go to Rhinebeck but you have now added it to my bucket list.
You should add it to your bucket list, it’s an amazing experience!!
Thanks for sharing. Rhinebeck is a wonderful experience!
It really is!
While Ive not been to Rhinebeck…it is on my radar. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
Our pleasure!
your podcast is always delightful It was a well done show thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
thanks Nikki, I’ve been watching other Rhinebeck videos too, and know that there was lots more to see, maybe next year!!

It looks like you two had a wonderful time at the yarn festival as well as with each other.
Wow, what an enjoyable recap of your Rhinebeck weekend. I have never been there, but feel included in the festivities after watching this. I loved your format: daily rundown, photos from the day, and purchases that day. Thank you so very much.😃🥰
I’ve never been to Rhinebeck and think never will so it’s nice to live vicariously through all the podcasters. Thank you.
Unfortunately, I have never been to Rhinebeck but would love to someday. Thank you for such a wonderful and kind summary of your weekend. So glad you both enjoyed your trip to NYS. ❤

Thanks for taking the time to recap your adventures to Rhinebeck. I’ve never been but enjoyed your videos. ❤
I live in Iowa, and I drove there, so it made for a long, but lovely, trip.
thanks for sharing Darci. If we happen to make it to the same festival, please come and say hi, would love to chat with you!!
Thanks, ladies, for your Rhinebeck recap! I am not able to see most of your show and tell, not because of your faces, but because you are so far from the camera. I still enjoyed hearing your adventures.
Thanks for watching. Glad you were still enjoy the audio. We will show the yarns again when we work with them.
Thank you for sharing your Rhinebeck adventures 😊
Our pleasure!
