can you all make an explanation video on the rules, teams, and how the season is structured because i love baseball and i love minecraft but im struggling to understand it because the bases are pleased but there is only one runner for instance
Rules: This is a baseball game that uses the rules of Wii Sports Baseball: There are 3 innings. Visiting team bats first. There are 9 batters per team, and for the defenders, there is one pitcher and one fielder. There are 3 possibilities for each pitch: A ball, a strike, and a hit. A hit is when the batter successfully hits the ball. A strike is when the batter makes an error (swinging and missing or looking at a ball that goes into the strike zone that spans home base between the batter's armpits and knees), and a ball is when none of these events happen, and the batter looks at a "bad pitch". 3 strikes, and you're out. Other ways to get out is to fly out, or when a fielder catches a ball without it landing on the ground, or when the infielders successfully field the ball to first base before the batter reaches there. 4 balls and you score a "walk", or a smooth trip to first. For hits, the ball can be foul, where the ball either lands or crosses the field fence in foul territory or crosses the foul line before crossing a base. If a fielder catches the ball that is speeding on the foul line, assuming it didn't make fair, it will still be a foul ball. The ball can also be a base hit, where the batter manages to reach a base safely. A single is when the ball goes into the outfield and is directly caught by an outfielder. A double is when the ball rolls into the deep outfield. A triple happens when the ball both rolls into the deep outfield and the fielders err the catch or take longer than 10 seconds to catch the ball. Finally, a homerun is when the ball dies fair, where the batter himself gets to run all of the bases and scores. The inning ends when 3 outs are made, and when the home team is ahead, the bottom of the 3rd inning is skipped. Premium features: * Enhanced scoreboard ** Show ball - strike count: Want to know the ball - strike count? A Jumbotron is what you need. ** Add training facility and locker rooms: Those players need a place to get ready for their next championship match. ** Add fireworks show: Aaaah, nothing better than a good ol' fireworks show! Boom! Boom! BOOM! Even brighter than the moon! This can make your dream happen! ** Triple Play: Two outs are not enough?! Want THREE outs?!?! This can reduce a game with 2 men on base to the end of the inning! ** Grand Slam: Clear all of the bases and score for a maximum of 4 points in one play! ** Ground-rule Double: Isn't that a homerun?! ** Softball pitch: She/her pronouns?! If so, you can play softball! ** Tag Out: Like tag? You can get runners out just by tagging them with your balled gloves! ** Stolen Base: Sneaky players tend to advance when the fielders are unattended. This can make... or break your game! ** Sacrifice: A point is definitely worth more than saving an out. ** Dive: Just can't run fast enough? A dive can do the thing! ** Midair catch: Mario has a talent in jumping; now you can try to imitate him to catch a ball! * Pitch grips ** Sinker: They say a 2-seam grip breaks more than a 4-seam grip! ** Splitter: A slow fastball that drops as it crosses the plate, ideal for striking people out! ** Bomber: 100+MPH! No batter can react fast enough to hit this lightning ball! ** Knuckleball: Want a show? A fingertip grip can make this happen. ** God plays: Dominate the team with these banned-in-real-life plays! *** Corked bat: They say lighter bats can make you swing faster. Pull off a Sammy Sosa! *** Steroids: How did Barry Bonds gas Babe Ruth? Steroids, of course! *** Spitball: The ball will drop -- and slop -- past the batter! *** Chase: Cornered by fielders: Exhaust them and return back to base! *** Just Say No: Out?
