in day time I flow with the day activities thinking that I can study in night hours when there is no one to distribe but in night i get sleep which makes my studying plan incomplete how to overcome, I am trying but thing t going as usual
Dhumal Madhukar ur dreams should not allow you to sleep.
Man , make it half day and half night, do no completely focus on night, am sure it will help,get up early in the morning at 5 or 6, try to study till 8 , once you come back, from office /college/ try to study from 10-12 also.. if ur able to do this much, ur already studying 5 hours a day which is more than enuf for clearing any exam!!!
Take sound sleep and make a new morning just after midnight.

You are a Doctor. I take Amitriptyline+librium and it causes brain fog. Tell me how to effectively remember things i study.
Benzodiazepines can cause brain fog ( although it's not a medical term) ,so there is high chances that yu are getting difficulty in learning and retaining thing : which may be because of chlordiaezepoxide
Also please mention the readon for such chronic treatment
