I’m with you James, this would be what I’m willing to spend on a San Martin maybe a bit more but then again San Martin is really gaining a reputation for being more than just a Chinese watch. I love the bracelet on this one
This looks great, reminds me a little of a Sinn. Not sure if it is or not, but it just has that sort of look to it and I really like it. Simple, clean and well done and that lume too, great. Nice work with the review.
The Seiko Epson YN55 is not a clone of the NH35. It is the version of the Orient F6922 sold to third parties (like how the NH35 is the version of the 4R35 sold to third parties). The YN55 has 22 jewels compared to 24 jewels of the NH35. It also has a stated accuracy of -15 to +25 seconds per day compared to -20 to +40 for the NH35.
Thanks for checking out my full review of what might be the best value San Martin watch you can currently buy.
Just bought this.I love the Sinn vibes. If I have an issue with the clasp,I’d probably order one of their “on the fly” clasps.Great review!!
Thanks for WATCHing

I think they look great but also feel great on wrist.

It’s definitely a Sinn Homage. There are some differences but the main look and feel is Sinn. It’s a lovely watch.
I was thinking the same thing, very Sinnish…Sinnfull…looks like a Sinn.
Definitely
This is an awesome looking watch. Presents well & my kind of watch. I enjoyed this review!
👍
A great review of a nice & simple good looking Sinn homage in a suitable size.
Thanks Martin. It really is a lovely watch

Thanks Kevin. Im not sure why I was thinking Seiko.
Good to know what it is. Cheers
I thought the bracelet didn't really match the flow of the watch. still looks good I should try to get a SM in the future
Overall a great watch.
Thank you James. I only wish the second hand was red like the Sinn 556 A RS. I wonder if the vendor would be willing to mod it for me...
It does not hurt to ask but I’m not sure if they will.
@@WATCHingJames Got a rather laughable response to my sending them a photo of the Sinn: "Different brands of watches have different designs".
Oh well. Did not hurt to ask.
The stores on AliExpress are also not normally the manufactures so they might not have any input into the watches.
You really can’t go wrong with a San Martin watch mate and I really like them. Good review 👍👍
They are fantastic. This one really hits a sweet spot for me.
My only niggle is the logo’s don’t match. Otherwise its pretty flawless.
It’s a shame about the logos but it does not spoil the watch for me.
Pretty sure that is an Orient movement and not a clone of the NH35
Yes. You are right. Whoops.
Thanks for letting me know.
You sure that price is right?
Looks more like $375 aud when I look.
Currently on the San Martin store it is $271.52AUD. But it will be plus taxes. If you are in Australia that makes it $292.70
