- We find JOY in our NEEDLEWORK and DELIGHT in the friendships we make on our needlework journey. Thank you for joining us. This is our fifth year at creating needlework videos here on RUclips. The previous videos are grouped in the Playlist section of the channel for your convenience.
We do enjoy hearing from you. Please share your thoughts and ideas about today's video by leaving a comment or sending an email.
PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION: RUclips sets the privacy setting to "non public" which means that your subscription isn't going to be visible to RUclips channels. Easy to use!
STEP ONE
Slide the Star De-tailor under existing stitches on backside of your work.
STEP TWO
Slip floss tail through flexible metal loop.
STEP THREE
Withdraw: The special twist end will hold your floss tail securely
as you pull the floss tail under the existing stitches.
STEP FOUR
Cut off floss close to stitches.
Relax, you now have a nice neat back!

What makes me happy is hearing that my son had a good day. That is a great bundle!
I miss you when you’re not here! I had to have surgery a month ago and was sick for several months prior. I didn’t stitch at all and truly felt too badly to even watch! Today I’m back! You girls are the first I watched for the 2nd time! You were originally the first flosstubes I EVER watched. I may even stitch tonight! Thank you again for being my light! I love the bundle and would be so happy to stitch the one you showed today! I dearly love you girls! 😘💗🙏🏻

Deb, I want to say, you have the most perfect manners. I have watched your videos a lot and both of you are so sweet and kind to each other. I find it refreshing that you both speak kindly of your spouses and are supportive of them, plus you don't feel the need to scream. Too many videos show everything but cross stitch, and spend their entire time speaking at the top of their lungs. Thanks for your well done videos and the work you do to share with us.
Liz and Deb love the progress you both are making on your cross stitching. Liz I love La-D-Da bunnies and can't wait to see you finish the third bunny. Don't for their noses. Deb I love the little needlework phase three on grandma's house and starting the schoolhouse. I even like when you chose Franks place above the filling station after your dad. When i saw the length of this video I said whoa! This is a long one - more stitching time for me! 😜 then before long I heard your signature sign off - share the joy of needlework. Wait what? That was fast! Time truly flies when your are in the company of good friends. In case you don’t know, i call you my floss friends now, I hope you don’t mind. Geez, I think that did not come out right ( been binge watching criminal minds too). Anyway, it’s been a bundle of fun as always. Will be patiently waiting for the next one. Have a great Spring.

Thank you ladies for spending time with me.. I always enjoy watching and seeing all you've worked on and hearing all about the journey's life takes us on everyday. I use to have my chickens and they sure do have a personality and they do not like change so much.. When we added the smaller chickens to the coup we use to keep them in either a different part of the area or a large dog kennel for a bit and it seemed to work.. I miss my Chickens..

I am one of the ladies you mentioned who haven't been in a local shop and are surprised by the current thread choices. I have been cross stitching since the late 70's and haven't been in a store in many, many years. When I recently discovered floss tube, I was amazed at how much has changed. I have been using up my stash all these years so would love the "BUNDLE" to have something new!

I just came back to cross stitching after a 20 year break to do knitting. I am back and my fist little project (Little Sheep Virtues - Courage) has brought me a great BUNDLE of joy. I'll be back in the shop to get more.
Hello Gals! I am just getting back to cross stitching after a lengthy hiatus. I feel like I'm circling back to the beginning of my craft life. Love your flosstube channel and seeing all the new things (threads, linens, patterns) since I left xs in 1986. Its still a lot of fun. Rebuilding my stash of all things xs. Keep the good stuff coming our way! I feel like I've just made 2 new friends.

I do not usually comment but was really drawn to say thank you for this last one. I never miss one. I was so glad to see you graph your fabric, I do this and it is a big help. I did not know about the nylon thread and have been useing light weight sewing thread. Sometimes a real pain to get out. I will absolutely try this. I also use a morgan hoop stand tilted in the back with a small pillow to do 2 handed stitch. I do not have room for a floor stand. No one ever mentions the morgan hoops and I think they are really nice.

The Bundles are very lovely…and who doesn’t love bundles…..I also just love your fresh egg stitchery….
We just got 16 new baby chicks…we lost our last 9 chickens to a skunk during a snow storm….so sad….so I think the fresh egg pattern might be next on my list to do.

Hi Deb and Lizz, I really enjoy you two ladies. Everyone should be so fortunate.it’s very cold in Iowa, the wind would blow my daughter in law away she is so tiny, I tell her she needs a cheeseburger haha. I wish we had a needle shop. So I make up for it by going to watch floss tube channels. I switch every day of who to stalk for the day. Deb you just brought up left handed, funny because I AM a lefty, I crochet right handed, knit right handed, Tat right handed but I just thought, how strange , I cross stitch left….so funny stay warm and keep an eye on the chickens.
Love watching you guys. Brought me back to cross stitch after several years. I'm 76 now, only thing different is using 14 to 16 count fabric.

Thank you both as always for a lovely get together and update. I get so excited when I see you have posted a new video, but I hold on to it so I can relax with a coffee and enjoy when the working week is over. I love the new gadget, being in the UK we do not have access to a lot of the gadgets and supplies you show us but after the last time Liz showed us something similar I decided to try my own version and I used a big eye beading needle and glued a charm on the end. Works a treat. So thank you for showing us all the things as without your videos I would not have thought to try and adapt my existing stash.
