Why the angles are measured anticlockwise?
I think, because of the positive coordinate points to begin with.
Saying yes yes might sound funny. Saying no to someone/something saves a lot our time and energy. It doesn't mean say no to studies rather that stops studies.

Yes it’s just convention. CCW is positive angles and clockwise are negative angles. But that is for a future lesson!
