I spent about a month living there last year, it was great, a bit far out if you want go to D1, but they are building a big mall and its so much cheaper to live there. Lot of those little villas were empty when I was there however and many shops seemed to still be feeling the effects of the CCP virus.

Looks nice, and at that price point a 45 minute free service travel time may be just fine, providing there are adequate facilities in the way of shops, groceries, food, entertainment etc. Would be interesting to know that travel time in peak traffic. Interesting all the same.
