Do you guys have a recommended operator in Australia? I am on the Northern Gold Coast and my new M240i is due July/August 2022? I would want the same treatments and PPF as on Joes car?
I get the coatings etc. but I have my doubts about the PPF. Is it really worth it? I read so many horror stories online, e.g. the PPF loosens, it gets damaged (so need to take it of, re-apply the PPF AND re-apply the coating), maintenance. Is it really as good as people / manufacturers / retailers claim? Do I need to reconsider getting PPF or is my car (also a M3) fine without it?
I have the exact model/color Xdrive Joe has, same color interior, with full m-performance skirt (minus the big wing, just the lip spoiler) and (minus the track seats). Long story short, when I saw it at the dealer on delivery day I signed all the papers and took it straight to get full PPF and ceramic leaving it there for a week. I prefer piece of mind. Using nothing at all and your guaranteed to wreck the paint.

Did you coat the PPF as well?
Plain water Pre rinse? Does nothing. Check out Forensic Details. Snow foam first. I can’t believe I pre rinsed with water for years. Hope that’s ok.
