ok i tried the modified couldnt find kale or savoy version. Its really quite tasty and reminds me of a dish we call champ. I had to use white cabbage but it was really tasty. I used the same ingredients except kale and soya, the barley i cooked to replace with the soy was really nice and the mushrooms in wine are a bueatiful chnage to meat. thanks for the recipe
Thank you! Nice to hear that you liked the recipe 😃
Lijkt me erg lekker . Snel maar eens maken .
Goed plan😉 Benieuwd wat je er van vindt!
Leuk t-shirt ook. :)
Thanks!🤘🤘
Sorry i only speak english. I dont eat soy, i think i will replace it with cooked barley and soak that in stock and smoked paprika. I will let you know when i try it what it tastes like👍🏻
Hi Scott,
Sounds good actually! Really interested to hear what it tastes like!
@@MaisonViridi i will let you know as soon as i make it. It will have to wait till payday as it needs wine, (i suppose i could give it a go without)but those musrooms and onions cooked in wine look delicious.
@@MaisonViridi what is the dry herb you added to the mushrooms i think its basil but not sure.
@@scott3991 It's herbes de provence - a mix of rosemary, thyme and savory (if that's the correct name in English?)
@@MaisonViridi last one is maybe sage lol were learning together here
