im 5 ft '7 tall with a narrow build at age 25 but sometimes I tend to slump over. I have slightly longer legs than my torso what would be the ideal running form for me?
My 5km time is 21 minute, running my 1st half marathon next month is 1hr 45 minutes a realistic goal? Sometimes struggle to know what pace to run at during different training runs

Which day do you run at race pace?
Is it safe to say that Easy Runs must be in Zone 1?
If tempo pace should be in between 10k and half and you did over an hour wouldn't that make it a faster half than your half?
