Well, raverill, there, was good enough to transcribe what was said by Kevin and Belinda for us. You'll see it in his post there if you haven't noticed it.
oh I lost this video for a while, I thought it got taken down, love this interview. They look and sound just as dreamy in conversation as they do in their music, especially when Kevin's face is glowing from that high exposure.
Holy sweet mother of whispers! Belinda really is THAT quiet! Man, the studio engineers must got that amp from Spinal Tap to get her on the songs! I always thought Kev was turning her down purposely, but now I see he was boosting her with every ounce of strength the fader could take! LOL Ah, but she is such a beaut-cutie - how could any man say no to her. They probably wouldn't hear her when she replied 'what?' anyways. LOL
@Jerdna3 ha ha, like that 1967 Pink Floyd appearance on that "Look Of The Week" program. Where you had that college professor type, he looked like my old science teacher, Mr. Greene heh, He does a back handed intro to the Floyd, who play Astronomie Domine, and he critiques their sound says "why does it all got to be so loud" and "I grew up with a string quartet"
@Jerdna3 ha ha Waters:"because we like it that way, and we didn't grow up with a string quartet" classic. Check that out if you haven't yet, it's great!!
@swans1997 I also love how the introduction sounds like a news anchor TONIGHT AT SEVEN: NEW MY BLOODY VALENTINE EP LEAVES PUBLIC IN STATE OF VAGUE DISORIENTATION
Kudos to Kevin for being unpretentious. He could have turned that "We're not just content to play rock 'n roll..." statement into a holier-than-thou progressive thing, but instead he linked it back to the most important part of music (i.e., the fun of it.) Great band.
@Jerdna3 heh, I used to have a VHS of Black Sabbath-Paris-1970 and just before the show started, you heard this gruff Winston Churchill-ish voice going,"Finally tonight, it's, heavy metal rock music, from, Black Sabbath" what made it better was the voice sounded disgusted!
They feed me with their kiss and music since they appeared... one of best bands that I spend my life with 🖤🦇🎩...Thank YoU sO mUCh for posting...
