Cruel multiman battles in Smash Bros games are better to be beaten if you trick the AI to kill themselves. That's how I killed them a few times in Ultimate, which has better CPU AI. Surely you can do it better in Melee, right...?
IIRC, cruel Melee wireframes where really amazing at edge guarding and always attacked you I a group.
@@zigazav1 Lol - Cruel Melee was a different breed. The CPUs are huge - bugger than any character, have dumb fast hitboxes, swarm you - and you usually die in 2 or 3 hits if you're not DK or Bowser. They also refuse to die unless you have jank moves like Roy's up B
If you notice in the clip the Fox has 0% the whole time and 20XX as their name. I'm sure it's not impossible at all to a local Melee player.

Not only smash,even main titles,luckily his quills are longer in the mobile Olympic games,probably meaning sega is probably sticking to the Lon quills shorter sonic,a no of adventure and 06 design,kinda like brawls.

If it makes you feel any better, Blazehedgehog is actually somewhat of a celebrity in the Sonic fandom. He founded the Sonic Amateur Games Expo and has done work on restoring or enhancing certain Sonic games.

@@itjustworks1858 Except Sonic is actually in Brawl. You either never reached the end of the Subspace Emissary or did any of the requirements for unlocking him.
He's been in every Smash since including Ultimate. The unlock requirements in Ult. are pretty easy and you'll unlock everyone by just playing the game a decent amount.

I remember the follow up to "Rankcles" somebody did "find him" with photos, he was a glitched Knuckles in Launch base zone on Sonic 3 using the debug mode, it made Knuckles turn green.
The magazine dismissed it and he didnt get a the prize

He was planned for Mario 64, but was cut from the final release as if they included him in, they'd have to cut-down the high details each level had.

In Sonic the Hedgehog 2, you can unlock a three hour sex scene between Sonic the Hedgehog, Irish the Gráinneog, Tails, and Crash Bandicoot the Rabbit by plugging in an Atari Jaguar controller and entering the code Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, 6, 9 on the title screen.
Be warned: one side effect of entering this code is that you'll automatically be registered as a sex offender and will encounter death planes 200 metres from every school. However it's very much worth it for the soundtrack, "Rolling Around at the Speed of Hedgehog Ejaculate", a beta version of "Escape From the City".

Sonic Hoaxes was my least favorite Sonic game on the Game Gear.
Tbh, I would be fine if they had remade Sonic'06. I just wish more bad games got second chances.
I hope they do. They could fix the glitches that actually halts your progress (like that part in Crisis City Zone where you have to have Shadow homing attack across 3 enemies, but often the AI for the enemy shoots you before you can cross, results of many of my Gameovers as Shadow in that game.), fix the mach-speed segments to not be a headache to beat, and fix the awful story to be in a better way. They could even remove the annoying "tutorial dialog" placed in Crisis City Zone, that was remains of a earlier build intending for Crisis City being the tutorial level before they changed their minds. There's even a dumb glitch with shallow water they could fix in a remastered version that Sonic can drown in even though it's not even above his head.

All I want is a Chao Raising game that focuses in on the Chao gardens in Adventure 1 and 2
You would need it to sorta be a side mode though. As seen in Sonic Adventure games and Chao fangames, you need a main mode that's not the Chao Garden to make a good game with Chao in it, as you need normal levels to go through and fetch items to power-up your Chao and still give some excitement. I love Chao as much as anyone who spent tons of time in the Chao Garden in Sonic games that have that, but it just doesn't work well as a main mode, as much as it feels like a cool idea to us. Now, if the main mode had you play as Chao doing fun stuff, that'd be a different story. We haven't been able to play as Chao since the Sonic Adventure 2 Battle multiplayer battle mode happened. It's always cute when there's Chao around in a game, except in Sonic Advance 3, the Chao Garden sucked in that game. Collecting all the Chao is required in that game to gain the ability to enter the Special Zone to earn the Chaos Emeralds to get to the true final battle(unless you got lucky with a tampered copy of Sonic Advance 3 and temporarily glitched the game like me to gain all the Chao and have max Special Zone keys in every Zone)... When we begged for Chao Gardens to return, we didn't mean that way..urgh... I miss the Chao Gardens, why did SEGA have to tease us in I think Crisis City Zone with a sign you can easily miss pointing-out a direction to take to get to a Chao Garden that doesn't actually exist there...

7:17 I recognize that sprite. It's from Sonic 3K when Tails becomes Super Tails, the grayscale sprite flashes for a frame. Sonic and Knuckles have grayscale transformation sprites too.
There was also a rumor that you could unlock Tails in Sonic 2 8-bit. Technically possible today thanks to my rom hack.
Surprised that this video didn't mention Moogle Cavern or Sonic Vegemite. We had entire websites dedicated to making new and exciting Sonic hoaxes! It's a piece of history that gets forgotten pretty easily...
Remember that sonic in melee was supposed to be a joke and it went to be more viral than some character confirms.
I saw that same hoax in some "cheatcodes" websites that stated tricks you can do to unlock things.

"Super Tails" = On the ground for more than 5 seconds
The true Super Tails we haven't seen in awhile. Tails gains Golden Flickies to assist him when he actually goes real Super. Tails is inexperienced in Super Transformation so he needs the Super Emeralds to do that. That's why we lately get mockeries of Super forms of Tails. Doesn't explain why Knuckles in Sonic Heroes doesn't actually go Super though. Knuckles is able to actually go Super, he just turns pink when he does. Knuckles' Hyper form looks nearly identical to his Super form though.

I remember a prank from a forum about Sonic Unleashed's plot involving Fang as a monster hunter. The guy who claimed it then posted intentionally bad MSPAINT edits as screenshot proof to show it was a joke after everyone believed it.

My favorite Sonic hoax has to be the fan game Sonic Adventure Gaiden. It was made in 2001, and at 15 MB, it would have taken about an hour to download on dialup. It contained 2 seconds of actual gameplay.
Shoutouts to Lego Dimensions for making a reference to Big's Big Fishing Adventure 3 with Big's mission in the Sonic the Hedgehog level pack being titled "Big's Big Fishing Adventure 4"

It was more of a rumor than a hoax, but remember how before Sonic Lost World was revealed, there were fake reports of the Sonic game for Wii U being called “Sonic Dimensions”?
The game was said to have Sonic split into 6 different colored hedgehogs that each portray Sonic’s emotions. I’m glad this game wasn’t real.
There was Mercury Mine. It's from a hoax of a Sonic CD Beta by Nemesis, and was claimed as R2. Luckily, we now know that's actually Dubious Depths or Ridicule Root.

If Sega wanted to test the waters of a game, they should leak it to BlazeHedgehog since people would give input, but immediately think it fake.
Creating a hoax in order to try to get people hyped for your fandom is extremely counter-productive. You might fool a few kids for a little while, sure, but this kind of shit is why most people just stop paying attention to any kind of news related to the franchise, and just wait for official releases, meaning that you've actually decreased the hype permanently.
