Do you find that the ambient lighting inside is not bright? I have a 2021 ESV sport and I feel like the ambient lighting inside is very dim. It only becomes bright when you’re in park mode and it goes through demo mode.
It's been quite a while since I was in this car, but I don't remember that being an issue. You should be able to adjust the brightness in the lighting settings. Or are you saying that it's still dim even with the brightness all the way up?

When you get in the car and it goes to demo mode, all of the lights are bright but as soon as you start driving whatever color you choose that goes dim. I’m only 20,000 miles and it has a 30,000 mile warranty so I might have them look at it before I hit that
Hm. The things I would try would be the interior lighting dimmer knob/roller to the left of the wheel (I think the Escalade has one there ??), the lighting settings in the infotainment, and the custom ambient lighting brightness within the infotainment. If none of those work, it might be worth asking the dealership or calling Cadillac.
@@GearboxCarReviews yeah I definitely tried the internal dimmer switch that dimmed all of the lights, including the ambient lighting. But out of curiosity, do you remember if it was bright or very, very dim or just like a accent? Either way, I’ll have Cadillac look at it.
Ah, I figured you'd tried those, but worth checking. I don't remember it being particularly dim. Usually if something is a bit off like that it sticks in my mind, but it has been a few months. I hope you can get it worked out!
