I worked a job years ago that involved a lot of travel to our various locations, and years later, I learned that one of the guys I traveled with a lot was gay. It absolutely was a shock - nothing he said or did would have made me think he was gay. I know there are stereotypes out there, but they are not a guarantee that you can pick the "mole". I have also known guys that I suspected were gay, only to see them get married to a female, settle down and have kids.
