What If Cooler Was Canon? Part 2

Frieza's older brother is called Cooler. He original showed up in DBZ movie 5 and later 6. In Dragon Ball Z Cooler's Revenge and Dragon Ball Z The Return of Cooler. Ever since then Cooler has been a fan favorite. But because the movies are considered "non-canon." What if Cooler was part of the main continuity? What if Cooler was canon.
