The final episode of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is now Live on Patreon. What a journey. More post-series content (Bloopers & More!) are coming soon too. If interested in submitting a question for the Q&A, get over there quickly!
The last 15 episodes of FMAB are all great, but the last 8 really are something else. Episodes 57, 58, 59 and 60 have some huge cliffhangers and at the end of every episode you are like "wtf is happening?!". Episodes 61, 62, 63 and 64 are filled with memorable moments and they end the series in a great way.
Ah yes, the infamous bad pose scene. I knew it was coming but still burst out laughing at the editing. And your poetry with describing the fated battle between Fu, Buccaneer, and Bradley continues to astound me. Every time you compare the irony of Fu battling Wrath whilst filled with wrath being his downfall, somehow you make more points as to how fleshed out and well rounded this story truly is. Like, everyone knows FMAB as being one of the most thought out shows out there and then you come along and go "actually, here's 50 more reasons why that's true". I don't know how you keep at it, but it's always great to watch and listen to
Yeah, your reaction at the end was exactly how I reacted when I saw this live. And I was watching this as it was airing. I had to spend the entire week just going "Huh? What? What happened?"
Yes, at 15:16 when there was no "Fullmetal Alchemist" it is because the creator of the show made it to where if the character dies before the character card, there is no "Fullmetal Alchemist."
Seeing Fu think he was going to die in vain always brings me to tears. Then even more tears, but of gratefulnesses when Buccaneer stabs them. Glad u noticed Bradley has never been hurt in the series until now. They’ll always be the first to do that to him and that’s just so cool
Yesterday I saw a “marathon” of all your FMAB videos, I’m really like your commentary and is surprising your channel has not grown much bigger! Super excited to see more content in the future!
i love that when the sacrifices are pulled by truth even mustang, riza and olivie despite actually seeing and comitting war crimes they are sincerely freaked up by seeing human transmutation live for the first time, you can see their faces full of absolute horror as they see a living human they casually chatted with just dissintegrate piece by piece in front of their mere eyes imagine seeing that irl
Important to note… Bradley actually blocked greedlings attack that took his eye.. butt notice Bradley had Fuu’s sword rather then his own unbreakabke sword… so it seems in the heat of the moment Bradley forgot whic sword he had thus why u blocked greeds attacks which would have been fine except again he had fuus sword 😂.. so we have Buccaneer to thank again for getting stabbed and holding Bradles sword with his abs.. I’m convinced had Bradley had his sword .. he would have not lost his eye and it be a Bradley win 😂
@@Banelock still wish they would have told us what it’s made of… I like to think it was specifically made for him and made of the same stuff greed shield is and lusts claws even prides shadows… lol so let’s say the “unofficial” ultimate sword .. 😂 aka sword and/vs shield perfect offense vs defense… and defense “won” cause the offense ain’t “show up” 😂 least that’s how I like to look at it
The end did fade to white, at least! But at least you also can't say that nothing happened this episode. It just flies by so fast because it's so exciting and packed! Can't wait to see your reaction to the rest!
Yaaay so glad you're in the final stretch! The whole final "arch" of this series is just so good. Also, although I can't afford the request tier right now, I'd really reccomend The Legend of Vox Machina, definitely one of my favorite more adult animated shows.
People putting Ed as B-tier for cool characters, just because he's sensitive about his height. :/ He holds his own at age 16 with the Bradley substitutes and frankly all fights so far with the added restriction of his own moral code, neutralizes the chimera with on-the-fly science only to save them while IMPALED because it's the right thing to do, and then pulls off medical alchemy the first time trying, on himself while having a metal post ripped out of his body... I could go on.
I’ve been binging your fmab reactions and I’m finally caught up. So excited to see the rest up to the finale and check out the haikyuu reactions as well!
Your reaction & discussion are the best!!! Will you react ova as well when all 64 episodes end? You already watch OVA4(Yet Another Man's Battlefield). Hope you can react OVA1~3 too!I really love each ova's story.
Currently not planning on making a video for OVA 1-3, though I may watch them on my own time. They haven't been that strongly recommended or anything (as opposed to OVA 4), so I never made plans to do it.
Now that Ep64's been posted on Patreon... 3:05 onwards is a great example of why the predictions are fun to watch, but make it where commenting without spoilers is basically impossible, haha: "I feel like that the only way it would make sense for Greed to leave Ling's body and for Ling to regain control of himself is for the homunculus part of him to die, and you can't just kill only the homunculus part of him without risking Ling." Uhh..... 🥲

can't wait for the bloopers, some of them are canon in my head lmao

Just saying it now I was speechless through most of episode 60 lmao
@@CastSenpai It do be like that when that Lapis Philosophorum starts playing.

Cue Bradley grinning down at Mustang from the pile of animation budget he claimed for himself.
the way the show pays respect to dead characters is by showing their card in silence
Yeah, your reaction at the end was exactly how I reacted when I saw this live. And I was watching this as it was airing. I had to spend the entire week just going "Huh? What? What happened?"
As a seasonal AoT viewer since season 1... I felt that.

This one is huge. Roy, Riza and Scar witnessing the h transmutation with Ed is one of my favorite moments
15:18 Ik you've finished the show now, but whenever a character dies they don't have the "Fullmetal Alchemist" voiceover
14:24 I love how the biggest character there hid behind the smallest

imagine seeing that irl
this fight with fu and Bradley was so epic, and the way they ended it was so good
OMG, your talk about Lin and Bradley's idealgy ideology is so deep. I love it! Thanks for sharing!!
And Fuu only won when he left his wrath behind and chose sacrifice instead.
Fu and Buccaneer were so badass! Not a single side character is without importance in FMA.
So excited for the next few episodes, it’s 🤯 after 🤯

Ye Bradley's own sword is pretty op seeing how he sliced a tank shell in half with it last episode haha.

13:52 looks like he’s wearing a top hat lol
Ahh, finally I can get on the Patreon and binge the rest of the series.
And keep an eye out for the post-series stuff coming too!
2:56 just a timestamp where I stopped for a sec

20:18 😂😂😂😂 DAMN you Armstrong.

Ed is a badass through and through, don't get it twisted. It's just too bad that almost all of the cast is cool as fuck LOL
