This is honestly amazing the amount of money he must of spent and he is doing such a good deed by giving back and giving these houses to people who need them ik he didnt pay for it but either way its an amazing deed and overall was an amazing thing to do

The sweetest part is where zach gifted the man in the car. I remember the man saying "the thing that i drive is unsafe" and you can tell that its true once the man went into the car and said "is there a/c?" and the amount of joy when he said "the key works!" is just so heartwarming. We need more people like zhc

If you ever do this in the future, a cool idea could be to survey the people that are going to move in about their interests and make the designs according to that so that it feels personal. Great work as always!
Remember that each house is temporary, so several people will be living in each house at different intervals
